European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art (EASAA2016) 4th to 8th July 2016

The 23nd conference of the European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art will take place in Cardiff, Wales, UK, from 4th to 8th July 2016. It will be hosted by the Welsh School of Architecture,

The registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, lunches, refreshment breaks and a copy of the proceedings.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee and all delegates will be required to book accommodation directly with local hotels. Information on Cardiff University bed and breakfast and links to other accommodation venues are on the EASAA2016 webpage.

You will be emailed confirmation that a copy of your student ID card has been received and asked to register.


Privacy & Security

Terms and Conditions: Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, proceedings and refreshments. Fees do not include accommodation or travel. Shared places are not permitted. Payment must be received prior to the event. All registrations will be acknowledged by email. If you have not received registration confirmation within 14 days prior to the event please contact us.

Cancellation Policy: Any booking that is cancelled before 1st June 2016 will be subject to a £20.00 Administration Fee. After this date no refund will be available. Cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions are acceptable but must be made in writing. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Official Invitation Letter: If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g. to support your visa application to come to the UK), please contact Adam Hardy, providing your name, contact address and passport number. If you live outside UK please also provide your date of birth, and if you are going to present, the paper/poster title. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including full payment.
