9th World Congress on Oxidation Catalysis – 4 - 8 September 2022

Welcome to the online registration for the 9th World Congress on Oxidation Catalysis which will take place in Cardiff 4 to 8 September 2022. This conference will bring together leading researchers in the field of oxidation catalysis to share their latest results, discuss current challenges and look to the future.

Over the 4 days of the meeting, we expect delegates to engage with new concepts, get involved in lively discussion and develop fresh links with colleagues from around the globe. The meeting will be held face-to-face in the beautiful surroundings of Cardiff civic centre and close to the new facilities of the Cardiff Catalysis Institute.

We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be one of the foremost conferences of 2022.

The registration fees for delegates attending physically include attendance to all conference sessions, refreshments and lunches at the conference. Please note that attendance to the conference dinner being held on Wednesday 7 September is an optional extra.

Virtual delegates
Delegates will have the opportunity to watch presentations in the main hall which will include all plenary and keynote speakers as well as contributed talks in the same session. You will also have the option to ask any questions to the speakers in this room. Please note that unfortunately, virtual delegates will not be able to see contributed talks that will be taking place in the other two rooms at the venue or be able to participate in the poster session.

All contributed presentations can only be delivered by delegates attending the meeting in person.

Conference registration is priced as follows:

  • Full delegate (Early Bird) £475.00
  • Student delegate (Early Bird) £225.00
  • Full delegate £550.00
  • Student delegate £275.00
  • Virtual delegate £200.00
  • Conference dinner (optional) £40.00

If you are a student, you must supply the name and contact details of your supervisor and we reserve the right to contact them to confirm your status as a full-time student.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Cardiff City Hall is centrally located with hotels and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Terms and Conditions:
Registration fees for delegates attending physically include admittance to all conference sessions, refreshments and lunches at the conference. Fees do not include accommodation or travel. Shared places are not permitted. Payment must be received prior to the event. All registrations will be acknowledged. If you have not received registration confirmation within 14 days prior to the conference, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, any cancelled registration that is cancelled before 1 July 2022 will be subject to a £50.00 administration fee. After this time, no refunds will be available. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. Substitutions are acceptable but must be made in writing or by email. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

We will never share or sell your information to any third party. The information we collect is only used to contact you about your registration and further events, which may be of interest to you.

 

In exceptional circumstances an invoice for fees can be requested.
